Being a teenager can feel overwhelming at times, and it helps to have someone who truly understands.Teen counselling provides a non-judgemental space to talk openly with a psychologist who gets the challenges young people face. Trauma counselling provides a caring and understanding space where you can feel truly supported as you process difficult experiences. Together with your psychologist, you’ll explore the impact of trauma, develop coping strategies, and work toward healing at your own pace. For those who may benefit, we also use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that can help reduce the distress of traumatic memories and support recovery in a gentle, structured way.
